I will not go back

For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those that find it are few.

It seems so far to climb

The peak, a thing sublime

The path is dark

The truths' stark

So onward I stumble

And though I may fumble

I will not go back

Into the pit so black

Still I hear the sirens call

For loneliness is my thrall

Fifteen minutes of pleasure

Is not worth the holy kingdoms treasure
