The grace of your Word

But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness."  Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weakenesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 

-2 Corinthians 12:9

I rest upon your rock

And let you block

My soul from persecution

My heart from tribulation

Only your love is perfect

How can any resist

The grace of your Word

Eternally it is heard

I go naked into the wild

Like a little child

I trust in you
